3. Subscription and Billing
- Premium membership is billed at $17.99 per month
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, no partial refunds
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Not share your account with others
- Be at least 18 years of age to create an account
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to:

- Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the platform

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.
6. Third-Party Products and Links
Our platform contains links to third-party financial products (credit cards, loans, etc.). We are not responsible for the terms, availability, or actions of any third-party lender or issuer. Credit product information is provided for educational purposes and may not reflect current offers. Always verify terms directly with the lender before applying.
7. AI-Generated Content
Analysis generated by our AI tools (including report analysis, dispute letters, and recommendations) is for informational purposes only. AI-generated content may contain errors and should not be relied upon as legal or financial advice. Always review any dispute letter before submitting it to a credit bureau.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREDITNAV.APP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR CREDIT SCORE CHANGES. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. FCRA Compliance
CreditNav.app is not a consumer reporting agency and does not provide consumer reports as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). We do not guarantee specific credit score outcomes. Users are solely responsible for their interactions with credit bureaus and creditors.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your access to premium features will cease immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Austin, Texas.
